Frost Call Charity D&D Stream

Frost Call has teamed up with The Role Initiative to host charity D&D streams every other Friday starting May 1st. Half of all proceeds go to the Boston Hope field hospital to assist in the fight against COVID-19. Tune in at 6pm on twitch.tv/frostcallgaming.

Boston Hope Field Hospital is a thousand-bed hospital set up in the Boston Convention and Expo Center that serves post-acute COVID-19 patients and homeless patients with COVID-19 who do not require hospitalization in an acute care facility. The effort involves partnerships among Boston Health Care for the Homeless, the office of Massachusetts Gov. Charlie Baker and the office of Boston Mayor Martin J. Walsh. Retired Brig. Gen. Jack Hammond, executive director of the Home Base Program, a Red Sox Foundation and Massachusetts General Hospital program, leads the build-out and operations of the center, and Jeanette Ives Erickson, RN, DNP, Mass General chief nurse emerita, serves as co-medical and operations director

The Role Initiative, Inc.’s (TRI) mission is to raise awareness and funds to support worthy charity organizations through the coordination and facilitation of all forms of organized tabletop roleplaying games. The primary focuses are to support the local game-stores and conventions in the form of offering communication, customized content, and logistics.
